Sustainachem is a leader in water treatment for the Cold Storage industry.  Focusing on proper passivation of galvanized condensers and performance monitoring to reduce energy costs and protect the equipment long term.  We also work with our customers to ensure evaporators are working efficiently by monitoring performance and cleaning as needed. 

Sustainachem has solved problems created by lack of monitoring in commercial HVAC systems.  Monitoring of performance indicators versus program parameters is key.  As performance indicators show when risk is present, the program can be adjusted.  If you have loops that are not being monitored for performance, then your systems are at risk.

Sustainachem has brought many new offerings to the table to help improve efficiencies and quality in the chemical industry.  Working with customers to clean reactor jackets, glass lined reactors or other process equipment has been key.  Working with customers with deposits in distillation columns to identify dispersants or deposit control agents that can improve efficiency, has help reduce costs of operation and drive partnership.

Sustainachem has many food and beverage customers.  We focus on food safety and asset protection.  Food safety risk assessments are conducted annually for our customers at no charge to ensure that the water systems are safe for food contact.  Water savings audits are key to identifying areas where water savings can be achieved to minimize costs and improve sustainability.

Sustainachem works with universities across the country to reduce chemical costs and extend the life of their assets.  In addition, Sustainachem offers a Simplicity line of chemistry which is concentrated neat feed products for cooling and boiler systems.  Simplicity reduces risk of spills when transporting chemicals across campus.
